Due to expanding project commitments, they are seeking an experienced Project Director to drive end-to-end delivery of complex hyperscale data centre projects. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. Provide strategic oversight across project planning, procurement, construction methodology, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, quality, and safety management. Drive project execution strategies, construction sequencing, resource planning, and risk mitigation to ensure delivery excellence. Manage tendering processes, commercial negotiations, and consultant/contractor engagement to achieve optimal commercial outcomes. Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and mission-critical operational standards. Champion innovation, construction technologies, and best practices to improve productivity and project performance. Provide senior management with strategic updates on project risks, commercial matters, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices within mission-critical environments. RequirementsDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
