Job Title: TalentAcquisition Coordinator , (12-month FTC) Department: SCMO (Strategic ClinicalManpower Office) TA Reports to: Deputy Director, SCMO Focus Area: Nursing Work Arrangement: Full-time Contract Role Overview This is a group-level TalentAcquisition Coordinator role supporting high-volume Nursing recruitment acrossNHG Health’s cluster of institutions. You will play a critical role indriving operational excellence and coordination across the recruitmentlifecycle, enabling recruiters to focus on value-added sourcing and stakeholdermanagement. Working in a fast-paced, volume-intensive environment, you willmanage scheduling, logistics, and administrative processes to ensure smooth andtimely hiring outcomes. This role is ideal for someone whois highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working at the centre of abusy recruitment operation while contributing to NHG’s mission of deliveringquality healthcare. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination & Delivery Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-ups Manage high-volume coordination across multiple stakeholders and candidates in a timely and organised manner Support offer preparation, documentation, and bond-signing logistics where applicable Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Candidate Logistics & Administration Manage candidate logistics including interview arrangements, onboarding documentation, and administrative processing Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other systems Support collation of recruitment data and documentation required for reporting submissions (e.g. cluster-level or external reporting bodies) Provide general administrative support across Nursing recruitment activities Outreach & Event Support Support coordination of career fairs, campus outreach, and recruitment events Manage event logistics including scheduling, mat
