Base: $163,800 - $245,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have
8+ years object-oriented language experience
UML and web application development expertise
SaaS technology design and analysis
Performance-focused software design skills
Nice-to-have
Experience leading agile/scrum teams
Knowledge of JSON, REST, and GraphQL
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Mentoring junior engineers effectively
Key Requirements
Must be a United States citizen (naturalized or native)
