The Chief Draftsman provides technical leadership for reinforced concrete detailing on critical Nuclear Island buildings including reactor and safeguard structures.
This role requires ensuring all models meet the highest standards of constructability, nuclear quality, and strict BIM compliance within a multi-cultural environment.
Candidates will act as the primary interface between structural engineers, the BIM Coordinator, and the drafting team to resolve complex clashes and interfaces.

Must-have
Tekla Structures 3D RC modelling expertise
Reinforced concrete detailing for nuclear structures
Nuclear Island building safety compliance
BIM Execution Plan adherence
Team supervision of drafting staff
Nice-to-have
Experience on Hinkley Point C or Sizewell C projects
Familiarity with ProjectWise CDE environments
Previous Lead Draftsman role on major projects
Knowledge of Eurocodes and RCC-CW standards
Key Requirements
Right to work in the UK required
Extensive experience with Tekla Structures for RC detailing
Proven background on large complex infrastructure or nuclear projects
Leadership capability in technical drafting environments
