Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all signage meets the required specifications and standards. Conduct inspections and address any defects. Budget Management: Manage project budgets effectively, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, budget status, and risk assessments. Maintain accurate project documentation. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the signage industry. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of signage design, fabrication, and installation techniques. Familiarity with different types of signage materials and technologies (e.g., LED, acrylic, metal).
