Services: Senior Day Care | Home Care | Nursing Home | Active Ageing and Senior Fitness | Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy | Family Medicine Community Support: CCMS (Community Case Management Services) | CREST (Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team) | Henderson Home RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with taking vital signs and monitoring Assist in setting up, conducting a simple exercise programme and ambulating seniors under the supervision of a rehab staff member Assist the therapist in any rehab task in the centre, including ensuring a clean and safe environment for seniors Support clients to adopt technology in rehab - telerehab (may involve helping the clients in their own home) QUALIFICATIONS You are: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma or ITE. A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Proficient in Google Suite applications.
