This role is responsible for timely end-to-end payroll processing for US and Canada clients across various frequencies including weekly, semi-monthly, and off-cycles.
The incumbent acts as a day-to-day liaison with clients, managing inquiries, resolving complex issues, and maintaining procedure manuals within the Siebel system.
Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills to perform reconciliation, audit checks, and act as a Checker to review payrolls before delivery.
