Monthly Salary: UP to $2500 (Negotiable) Working Address: Raffles Place Working hours: 5 Days Work Week | Monday to Friday | 8:00AM - 7:00PM Responsibilities and Duties: Perform duties related to Tearista / Counter Crew operations Ensure the counter area is clean, organised, and all equipment and utensils are properly washed and maintained Maintain service standards and ensure customer satisfaction at all times Assist with daily stock take and inventory management Handle order taking and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, including sweeping, wiping, vacuuming, and mopping Participate in relevant training programmes provided by the company Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members Perform runner duties when required Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications and Requirements: Prior experience in latte art and beverage preparation is an advantage but not mandatory Passionate, proactive, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills Motivated to learn and grow within the F&B industry A strong team player who is disciplined and self-driven Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate Minimum 2 years of experience in a café or restaurant environment preferred Benefits: Fixed working hours Staff discounts Complimentary drinks and desserts Uniform provided Annual Leave & Medical Leave entitlement Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd.
