The Whole Kitchen is a healthy gluten free bakery in Singapore. We are looking to grow our team and business and are looking for a full time Admin Manager to support our Administration & Logistics department. Job description & Key responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations (supplies, documentation, filing systems) Manage contracts, vendor agreements, and insurance Coordinate internal communications across departments (production, QA, sales) Maintain company records, licenses, and permits Work closely with production team Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, packaging, finished goods) Coordinate procurement of gluten-free ingredients Support logistics and delivery coordination Maintain documentation for audits and inspections Keep records of batch production, traceability, and recalls Process customers invoices, purchase orders, and adhoc expense tracking (if any) Source and negotiate with suppliers (especially certified gluten-free vendors) Manage stock ordering and delivery timelines Support expansion (new outlets, new product lines) Improve internal processes and SOPs Assist management in operational planning and efficiency improvements Maintain documentation for audits and inspection (Halal and ISO certifications) Candidate must have following skills: be a team player but also be able to work autonomously have good English written and communication skills Computer literate, including Microsoft excel skills have good attention to detail Well organized Past experience in admin/logistics, or working in food business is an advantage.
