Objectives of the position: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager, APAC to lead strategic initiatives for our key APAC markets. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our long-term strategic vision, including our Strategy 2030 goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in strategy development, cross-border collaboration, and support future M&A activities. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and support strategic planning and execution for the APAC region. · Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align APAC strategies with Global Strategies. · Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business model innovation. · Prepare and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders. · Take ownership of Strategy 2030 initiatives as they commence, ensuring alignment and execution at country level. · Provide strategic support for potential M&A activities in the region. · Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets. · Represent the strategy function in regional leadership forums and workshops. Skills & Qualification: · Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Strategy, or related field. · Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy roles, preferably with regional exposure in APAC. · Proven track record of leading strategic projects and initiatives across multiple markets. · Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Experience in M&A strategy or execution is a plus. · Ability to travel frequently across APAC countries . prior consultancy background experience would be at advantage Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
