What You’ll DoOwn and drive end-to-end AI product lifecycle — from problem discovery, market and user research, requirement definition, roadmap planning, development execution, launch, and continuous optimization. Define AI product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, global market needs, and competitive landscape. Translate complex business problems into clear AI/ML product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data teams. Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and ethical AI solutions. Lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing user behavior, model performance, product metrics, and experiment results (A/B testing, model iteration outcomes). Conduct in-depth market and customer research across regions, including enterprise and consumer users, to identify AI use cases, pain points, and monetization opportunities. Manage AI model lifecycle considerations such as data quality, model performance, explainability, bias, compliance, and deployment readiness. Partner with go-to-market, sales, and marketing teams on AI product positioning, launch planning, and customer enablement. Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, performance tracking, and iterative enhancements. Contribute to the company’s international AI product strategy, including expansion planning, localization, and regional compliance considerations. Act as a key stakeholder and product owner, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and user value. Travel or relocate internationally when required to support product rollout, regional teams, or strategic initiatives.
