About us: The Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home is a residential Home for boys, between the ages of 5 to 18 years. The Home is run by the Ramakrishna Mission within its premises. The residents go to local schools and return to the Home. The Home takes care of their needs and works towards reintegration with the family. As we are a residential Home, Care Staff are expected to work on shifts, some weekends and public holidays. Tasks & Responsibilities: 1. Form secure attachments/bonds with the residents. 2. Provide guidance for positive behaviour. 3. Inculcate good habits and values among the residents. 4. Meet the needs of residents and monitors their progress 5. Work with a team of Care Staff within the Home to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the residents to develop. 6. Must seek to respond in a calm manner when the resident exhibits difficult behaviour. 7. Provide updates on residents, daily school going needs to the team and stake holders.
