  • Deeply understand the Pico AD market and discuss and formulate targeted quarterly business plans with regional market leaders and sales management teams.
  • Build the regional AD-KOL system, manage and regularly visit KOLs, and cultivate regional strategic speakers to jointly build an AD specialized disease standardized diagnosis and treatment platform.
  • Ensure all daily sales work complies with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including but not limited to FCPA and relevant anti-corruption laws in mainland China.
