** KLFY LLC is seeking a Station Manager for its Lansing, Michigan stations, WLNS (CBS) and WLAJ (ABC/CW). The ideal candidate will have extensive broadcast management experience and a strong understanding of local media operations, with a focus on fostering collaboration and community engagement. **

Job Summary

  • The Station Manager will support the day-to-day management of Nexstar’s operations of WLNS (CBS) and WLAJ (ABC/CW) through its operational agreements with Mission Broadcasting, as well as www.wlns.com and all other digital, mobile, and social media assets for the stations.
  • This role requires a hands-on leader who can champion local content, support revenue initiatives, and foster strong cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Work with news leadership to uphold high standards of journalism, community relevance, and creative storytelling.
