Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience managing a team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws and regulations, and best practices in Mexico
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
