Base: $906,100 MEX – $1,189,230 MEX; Bonus/Equity: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive; Benefits: Major and Minor Medical Plans, Dental and Vision, Defined Benefit Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off & Holidays, Paid Medical, Personal, Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Bereavement Leave, Company Paid Life Insurance and Funeral Benefits, Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Experience managing a team
Experience working with recruitment contractors
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws and regulations, and best practices in Mexico
