  • As a Business Operations Analyst at ICON, you will analyze activity performance, develop accurate reporting tools, ensure consistent project reporting, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization by collaborating with various departments.
  • Develop and maintain custom sales and expense tracking dashboards, identify process improvement opportunities and recommend action plans, and implement tools and analytical measures for guidance to finance, operations, and senior management.

  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba software

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Contracts, Business Operations, Purchasing or financial analysis
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using MS Excel for data analysis
  • Contract management systems experience highly desired
