We are looking for a reliable, hands-on, and organised Admin cum Office Manager to support daily office operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a professional corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Administration & Office Support Handle daily administrative duties including documentation, filing, data maintenance, and office coordination Provide administrative support to management and internal teams Manage correspondence, scheduling, record keeping, and documentation Ensure proper filing systems and accurate records are maintained Coordinate with international offices and support overseas guest visits Office & Facilities Management Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain a professional workplace environment Coordinate office maintenance, facilities, meeting rooms, and office equipment Liaise with landlords, vendors, contractors, and building management Manage office supplies, company assets, and inventory records Support front-office and reception-related coordination Policies & Compliance Maintain administrative and personnel records in accordance with company policies and local regulations Ensure proper document control and administrative procedures are followed Requirements Experience in administration and office management roles Experience in SME or professional services environment preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Independent, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision Professional, well-groomed, and possesses good interpersonal skills Positive attitude with strong communication skills Additional Information Only Singaporeans
