The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including internships, grants administration, and workforce planning across multiple business entities. This role ensures timely hiring to meet business needs, supports work pass administration, and managing employee engagement & relations, HR policy development, bursary. ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding/offboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, career fairs, educational institutions, and professional networks. Manage and strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance the Company’s talent attraction and market presence. Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
