Job Summary Oversee and lead the daily operations and management of condominium common property and facilities, driving operational excellence and compliance to support resident satisfaction and asset value. Responsibilities Lead and supervise on-site teams including property executives, technicians, security, and cleaning staff to ensure efficient facility management and service delivery Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical systems, lifts, swimming pools, landscaping, and common areas to maintain optimal functionality and safety Manage and monitor operating budgets and sinking funds, producing accurate financial reports and controlling costs to align with financial objectives Ensure strict compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and all relevant statutory requirements to uphold legal and regulatory standards Prepare detailed reports, meeting minutes, and management proposals to support Council Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) Oversee vendor contract negotiations, tender processes, and evaluate contractor performance to secure quality services and cost efficiency Address residents’ feedback, complaints, and disputes with professionalism to maintain positive community relations Maintain comprehensive documentation, manage insurance matters, and implement risk management strategies to safeguard property and stakeholders Enforce safety and regulatory compliance including fire safety protocols, lift inspections, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing condominium or Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) operations Strong knowledge of condominium operations and local regulatory frameworks Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stak
