Job description Project management, assist in developing develop project plans and oversee their execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery Install, configure, test, and deploy products, software, IT systems and infrastructure Attend to site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Produce technical documentation for implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), reports, and technical manuals Providing reports on project status, activities and achievements to upper management Identify customer needs and participate in site surveys Prepare demo systems, proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical designs, and solution proposals. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, end users and government agencies Product testing and evaluation Perform any other duties assigned Requirements Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering, IT Networking, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Multimedia Technology, or a relevant field of study Previous experience as a Project Engineer or System Engineer in an IT-related field preferred thou fresh graduates with a strong interest welcomed Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, video streaming, basic programming, scripting, computer hardware, and IT networks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
