The Opportunity Office Operations & Facilities Management: Oversee office service requests, maintenance of communications/electrical equipment, asset inventory, and vendor servicing to ensure smooth daily operations. Asset & Systems Administration: Manage car park system (including EV charging), PABX/intercom lines, photocopier servicing, and official mobile devices, ensuring compliance with policies. Financial Management & Compliance: Handle utilities, billing submissions, budget tracking, and act as Certifying Officer to ensure accurate payments and adherence to contract terms. Procurement & Contract Management: Manage procurement processes, tenders, and contracts; monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and service standards. Event & Logistics Support: Provide end-to-end logistics support for high-level events covering venue setup and operational readiness. Operational Support & Contingency Duties: Support official functions, provide team backup coverage, and respond to urgent/emergency operational needs as required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field Strong stakeholder management and ability to support logistics, events, and multi-function operations in a fast-paced environment.
