RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Operation Manager and your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Direct and manage food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements Advice and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency Ensure daily sales are accurate | Timely reconciliation Recruit, train and supervise staff Ensure the respective tenants on adhere to the hygiene SOP Liaise with tenants on stall matters Help to carry out operational duties when there is manpower shortage Dealing with external parties on issues for faster service recovery Answer customer queries/feedback Ensure Safe Management Measures is in place Requirements: Candidate must possess minimum Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry Attention to detail, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently Processes excellent communication and interpersonal skills Resourceful and ability to work under pressure Attention to detail, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently Communication & Leadership skills, staff development Conflict & time management and good organizational skills
