Key Responsibilities Operate seafood processing equipment, including salmon filleting, descaling, and pin-bone removal machines. Perform manual trimming, deboning, and portioning of salmon fillets using knives when required. Load and unload salmon products onto processing machines in a safe and efficient manner. Inspect processed salmon fillets to ensure proper removal of scales, bones, and any defects. Maintain product quality, yield, and portioning standards in accordance with company requirements. Handle and process chilled seafood cartons weighing approximately 15–20 kg. Ensure all seafood products are processed, stored, and handled in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Carry out daily cleaning and sanitation of machinery, tools, and workstations. Report any machine malfunctions, maintenance concerns, or product quality issues to the supervisor promptly. Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and food handling procedures at all times. Perform cutting, cleaning, and preparation of meat and seafood products for sale or distribution. Monitor and maintain the freshness, presentation, and quality of all meat and seafood items. Working Days: 6 working days, midnight shfit
