  • The successful candidate will engage senior decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, and Board members to position Nasdaq as the preferred listing venue.
  • The position offers a competitive rewards package including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term equity grants, and up to 20 days of remote work per year.

  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • Experience with IPOs or capital raising transactions
  • Proven ability to originate business and build C-suite relationships

Nice-to-have

  • Background in corporate finance or investment banking
  • Experience pitching and negotiating client engagements
  • Fluency in Swedish
  • Previous experience of public speaking

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, law or equivalent practical experience
  • Many years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, financial advisory, sales, or business development
  • Solid understanding of the market ecosystem regarding listings and IPOs
