Job Summary

  • This is skilled professional engineering work in the Monroe Construction Office responsible for day-to-day activities of contract administration of major construction projects to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance and supervision of employees engaged in the inspection of these projects.
  • The position will assist in the management and oversight of NCDOT and Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) personnel for surveying, project inspection, and various contract administration duties to ensure compliance with the Department’s specifications, standards, guidelines, and policies.
