Project management, lead all local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects. Submit a review analysis report to the board for each project after completion. Overseas experience is a must. Communication and management of external related parties, liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities. Create and explain design concepts of designing exterior and interior furnishings. · Design detailed illustration of door and window two or four sides option and cutting list; Aluminum and glass partition cutting list, casement door and window accessories etc. Able to produce 2D plans layout, elevations and sections drawings in AutoCAD / Illustrator / BIM / Revit. Responsibilities: · Excellent team management, set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team. · Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure the schedule is on schedule, maintain quality standards, ensure proper site management, and urge to solve technical problems in a timely manner.
