  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment

  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
  • Routine infrastructure inspections

Nice-to-have

  • Welding or carpentry specialized trade skills
  • Experience in regulated lab or manufacturing environments
  • Basic furniture assembly and handyman skills
  • Universal EPA certification
  • Data entry and communication proficiency

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification
  • At least 2 years of hands-on commercial or industrial maintenance experience
