Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with clinical standards. Provide direct nursing care and support patient activities related to the clinic's specialty. Perform general nursing procedures such as venipuncture, administering injections, wound dressing, and other routine clinical tasks. Deliver evidence-based nursing care in accordance with institutional policies and procedures. Educate and counsel patients prior to treatments or procedures to ensure informed participation. Assist doctors during clinical examinations and procedures as required. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and nursing standards. Supervise and guide junior nurses, ensuring the provision of safe and competent care. Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Nurse Clinician. Requirements Diploma in Nursing or State Registered Nurse Certificate Min 2-3 years working experience in hospital. Demonstrated clinical competence and patient-centered approach.
