Job Summary You will support clinic operations by managing receptionist and cashiering tasks, processing payments, packing medication, and ensuring accurate clinical data entry. You will also handle insurance claims, coordinate appointments, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform receptionist duties by answering phone calls and coordinating patient appointments to ensure smooth clinic operations Process payments accurately and pack medication carefully for patient distribution Enter clinical data into the computer system with attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records Manage insurance claim processes efficiently to support patient billing and reimbursement Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Complete other administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic team Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a productive and organized work environment Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced clinic setting Preferred competencies and qualifications Polytechnic Diploma or GCE A/O qualification Experience working in a clinic setting and providing customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Clinic support software (Plato) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues
