Responsibility Manage and provide technical support for the full range of automation products distributed by the company. Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support, analyzing customer needs and recommending tailored solutions. Prepare and present technical proposals, documentation, and solution recommendations aligned with customer requirements. Respond to customer queries and technical issues via email, phone, or onsite visits to ensure timely resolution. Conduct product training sessions and live demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and applications. Collaborate with the sales team and technology partners to strengthen customer relationships and drive continuous improvement. Requirement Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Mechatronics or related Engineering field.
