RESPONSIBILITIES MAIN PURPOSE / OBJECTIVES: The Programme Assistant is part of a care team who is responsible for ensuring order and safety on the ground and engaging the residents in holistic and meaningful activities, equipping them with the resilience to help them overcome their challenges. Work with the residents in accordance with Carehaven's mission and all regulatoryrequirements, maintaining professional and purposeful relationships with the workingteam and residents, respecting and valuing individuals' diversity and the variety oftheir contribution and ensuring that the service provided to the clienteles upholdsthese principles Provide prompt feedback to the centre manager and relevant parties on the residents'progress, needs and concerns through proper communication channels, logs and other required documentation.
