We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Personnel to join our team in the poultry industry. Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor and ensure product quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards Conduct inspections and quality checks during poultry processing operations Perform physical inspections on live birds upon arrival and processed products for defects, bruising, disease, or remaining feathers Carry out routine temperature monitoring of chilling tanks, freezer rooms, and product core temperatures to ensure food safety compliance Maintain accurate QC records, documentation, and inspection reports Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, SOPs, and company quality standards Identify, report, and follow up on quality issues or non-conformance cases Work closely with production and operations teams to improve product quality Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed at all times Support internal audits and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management RequirementsExperience in QA/QC or food manufacturing industry is preferred Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently Good teamwork and communication skills Physically fit and comfortable working in a cold room / processing environment Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures carefully Preferred QualificationsBasic understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, SFA requirements) Experience in poultry or meat processing industry will be an advantage
