We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant cum Office Manager to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative coordination across the company. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical duties Manage office correspondence, emails, calls, and courier services Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar coordination Maintain proper filing systems and company records Prepare purchase orders, and reports Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings Support HR administration including leave records and onboarding documentation Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers Monitor office supplies and place orders when required Assist management with ad hoc administrative projects Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred 3-5 years of administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage Familiarity with Singapore office administration practices Basic HR coordination experience preferred
