Key responsibilities 1. Financial Strategy — Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning; advise CEO on pricing and capital allocation. 2. Cash & Treasury — Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital. 3. Reporting & Analysis — Deliver monthly/quarterly reports, board packs, and KPI dashboards. 4. Controls, Compliance & Risk — Build internal controls, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, lead audits. 5. Accounting Operations — Oversee AP/AR, payroll, billing, revenue recognition, and monthly close. 6. Board Engagement — Report to CEO and Board; provide strategic counsel on governance and risk. Qualifications and experiences 1. Education: Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics required; MBA or CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred. 2. Experience: 10+ years in finance/banking, with 5+ years in senior leadership; team management of 10+; banking or regulated-industry background strongly valued; tech/SaaS/cybersecurity exposure a plus. 3. Skills: Strategic thinking, integrity, banking-grade discipline, strong leadership and communication
