1 Year Contract HRIS Business Analyst Our client is a reputable bank with a strong regional presence. Job Responsibilities • Analyze HR business processes and identify opportunities to enhance HR systems and operational efficiency. • Support, maintain, and optimize HRIS platforms to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with business requirements. • Lead end-to-end analysis, design, testing, and implementation of HRIS enhancements, integrations, and new system functionalities. • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HRIS-related processes, system capabilities, and best practices. • Support large-scale HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and compliance platforms. • Manage data conversion activities and ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. • Develop, analyze, and present HRIS reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support HR planning and business decision-making. • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions. • Prepare user guides, process documentation, and conduct system training for HR users and stakeholders. • Troubleshoot system issues, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency and user experience. Job Requirements • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplines. • Minimum 8 to 15 years of HRIS experience, preferably within large organizations or multinational environments. • Strong hands-on experience in HRIS implementation, system enhancements, integrations, and support. • Familiarity with HR systems, payroll integration, reporting tools, and HR data management. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage mul
