The role involves developing change management strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, all while operating in a hybrid work environment

Job Summary

  • Lead change transformation and activation across strategic initiatives that drive differentiated, personalized customer experience and measurable business results.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, plans, toolkits, and playbooks for the US Market that accelerate adoption and mitigate resistance.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, communications, psychology, or related field
  • Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent methodology
  • Ability to work hybrid at North Wales, Pennsylvania office at least 3 days per week
  • Certification (Prosci CCMP or equivalent) preferred
