We are expanding our team! Job Description Grooming Complete grooms for dogs and cats. This includes shave, trim, and style pet hair according to the customer’s preferences, ear cleaning, nail clipping, pawpad shave, sanitary shave, shower, dry, brush teeth and comb through. Able to groom rabbit is a plus (Optional) Caring For Animals Identifying health issues (E.G. skin conditions) and informing customers of these observations. Show empathy, care and ensure all animals are safe during the grooming process Customer Service Communicating effectively with customers via text, call and face-to-face Studio Maintenance Ensure work areas and grooming equipments are clean Requirements Minimum 1 year grooming experience SKC Class “C” Certificate or equivalent Proficient in grooming Cats and Dogs A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Training will be provided when needed A big heart and empathy for animals Comfortable working with various breeds of dogs and cats, including anxious and temperamental ones Able to carry big dogs. We will work as a team to carry heavy dogs Not fearful of touching animal bodily fluid (eg. pee, poop, saliva etc) Comfortable working as a team and helping each other when needed 5 days work week.
