About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end purchasing activities β€” from sourcing and negotiation to ensuring timely delivery β€” supporting our production and operational goals. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full purchasing cycle, including sourcing, RFQ, price negotiation, shipping, and delivery follow-up. Review and process material, component, and equipment purchases driven by MRP requirements. Expedite materials and coordinate with vendors to meet production schedules. Work closely with Supply Chain Planning and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management, review stocking rules, and execute adjustments periodically. Liaise with logistics providers for shipment arrangements, customs clearance, and delivery tracking. Drive supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost control. Prepare and process purchasing documentation, including vendor setup, PO/DN/invoice matching, and submission to Finance. Handle RMA/NCT returns to suppliers and follow up on resolutions. Support cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate and timely weekly and monthly purchasing reports. RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline. Preferably from a contract manufacturing environment
