Job Summary: The Sales VP is responsible for leading and driving the sales team of our computation power service company to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker, an excellent leader, and a results-oriented professional who can develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain high-level client relationships, and manage the overall sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and market trends. Set clear sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team. Analyze market data, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and growth areas. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
