Our Client, one of the leading social service agency in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Assistant Director (Mental Health) They are located at Central – easily accessible via various modes of transport. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Support Support the Director in executing strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the organisation’s mission and objectives. 2. Programme Development Work closely with the Director to enhance existing mental health programmes and services in response to community needs. Provide support in managing new projects, including initiatives such as the Shaw Tower project and development of new premises. 3. Evaluation and Reporting Assist in the collection and analysis of data to assess the effectiveness of programmes, services, and project outcomes. Support the preparation and management of both internal and external reports, including claims processing. 4. Budget Planning Assist the Director in budget planning and management for programmes, ensuring effective resource allocation and monitoring of expenditures. 5. Compliance Support and IT Systems Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards to maintain service quality. Oversee data management processes and collaborate with vendors to improve IT systems, such as Social 360. 6. Collaboration and Networking Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community organisations, government agencies, healthcare providers, and funding bodies. Requirement: At least 10 years of experience in the social services or non-profit sector Minimum of 2 years specialising in mental health services Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
