A private paediatric therapy centre is seeking a fully AHPC-registered Speech Therapist to join the team on a structured part-time basis. Occupational Therapists who are fully AHPC-registered in Singapore may also apply. This role is for clinicians who want more than a routine caseload or a highly structured environment. It is suited for therapists who value professional autonomy, strong clinical standards, continued learning, and the opportunity to see the direct impact of their work on children and families. You will be joining an environment that values thoughtful clinical practice, open consultation, and meaningful developmental outcomes. This role will appeal to clinicians who are comfortable working independently, writing full clinical reports to a strong standard, and taking ownership of their cases without relying on close hand-holding. This is likely to fit therapists who want to grow in a private-sector setting where creativity, clinical judgment, and visible progress matter. It is less likely to suit applicants who prefer a highly predictable, heavily structured system or who are looking for low-exposure part-time work. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments and therapy sessions for paediatric clients • Develop and implement individualised, goal-directed intervention plans • Prepare clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and reports • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support generalisation of therapy goals • Participate in case discussions and professional development activities when required Requirements: • Fully AHPC-registered Speech Therapist (Singapore) • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant paediatric clinical experience preferred • Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills • Ability to manage caseload independently and responsibly • A proactive attitude towards continued learning and professional growth • Professional integrity, accountability, and sound clinical judgment Working Arrangement: • Mandatory Saturday commi
