Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Commercial and industrial property appraisal experience
  • Knowledge of three approaches to value
  • Valid driver's license with insured vehicle
  • Oregon State Appraiser Registration or ability to obtain
  • Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system usage

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of Oregon Property Tax appeal process
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction components
  • Experience with Marshall and Swift Cost Estimator
  • Ability to analyze financial statements
  • Familiarity with GIS software and Costar databases

Key Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • One year of appraisal experience
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Oregon State Appraiser Registration within 90 days
  • Pass background check
