Proactively engage clients through face-to-face meetings, virtual interactions, and consistent follow-ups. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and key industry stakeholders. Promote the company’s HR solutions and enhance employer branding across digital and traditional platforms. Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and career fairs Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, JobStreet, and MyCareersFuture. Tailor proposals to meet client needs and confidently lead commercial negotiations.
