Your Role on Our Journey As a Junior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the design and user experience of our core products, including the mobile app, management backend, and operational systems. You will work together within the Group Technology team to translate business requirements into well-designed, user-centric and implementable product solutions. Your Day-to-Day Adventures Be responsible for the full-process design of core products (mobile App, management backend and operation system), including user experience (UX), interface design (UI) and interaction design (IxD). Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to transform business requirements into implementable product solutions. Lead the construction and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency across products and a high-quality visual experience. Utilize AI tools to optimize the design process, enhance work efficiency, and achieve intelligent assistance in daily design work. Continuously optimize the product experience through user research, data analysis and prototype testing. Provide design solutions to support marketing activities, brand promotion and user growth strategies. Pay attention to the trends in the mobile travel industry and put forward suggestions for innovative design and experience improvement.
