Provide basic nursing care, including personal hygiene, comfort measures, mobility support, and feeding assistance. Monitor and record residents' vital signs accurately. Support safe transfer and positioning of non-ambulant residents. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all care provided. Assist in the admission and orientation of new residents. Carry out rehabilitation activities such as range-of-motion exercises and supervised walking. Participate in resident activities and therapy programs (e.g., kitchen tasks, gardening, laundry).
