Supervises daily shift operations and ensures compliance with bar standards and procedures. ·Responsible for implementing agreed-upon policies and procedures. ·Understands and maintains standards for the bar(s). ·Introduces and suggests products to enhance sales. ·Implements safety and cleanliness standards. ·Establishes and monitors daily and weekly cleaning. ·Operates all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunctions. ·Trains team members and monitors adherence to all policies and procedures. ·Be familiar with and adhere to local laws with regard to alcohol consumption. ·Making proposals to the manager for all necessities regards bar(s). ·Creating and suggesting cocktails and drinks for the menu. ·Keeping track of bar inventory and taking action if necessary. ·Sets a positive example for guest relations
