Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Project Leadership Lead multiple large-scale projects Oversee full lifecycle: tender → planning → execution → handover → defects management Drive project delivery aligned with timeline, cost, and quality benchmarks Provide executive oversight on complex, fast-track, and high-value projects 2. Financial & Commercial Governance Own overall project P&L, margin performance, and cost control Oversee: Budgeting and forecasting Variation orders and claims management Contract negotiation and dispute resolution Partner closely with Quantity Surveyors to ensure tight cost discipline and profitability 3. Client & Stakeholder Leadership Act as senior escalation point and strategic interface for key clients Lead client presentations, progress reviews, and commercial negotiations Build long-term client relationships to support repeat business and brand positioning 4. Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead and mentor: Project Managers Project Executives / Coordinators Drive a high-performance, accountability-driven culture aligned with company's appraisal framework Support succession planning and leadership development (e.g., grooming next-tier leaders) 5. Compliance, Safety & Quality Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory standards including: Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Workplace Safety and Health regulations Enforce strict adherence to: Site safety requirements (PPE, toolbox meetings) Quality benchmarks for high-end finishes Drive zero major safety incidents across projects 7. Business & Strategic Contribution Support tender strategy, bid reviews, and project acquisition Contribute to value engineering and cost optimisation strategies Align project execution with company's expansion plans Requirements Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or related field Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction At least 5–8 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple projects Prov
