You will assist in leading the local warehouse operating team and help the Site Manager ensure high quality for our customers.
You’ll lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing team members.
You’ll be responsible for driving results in one or more specific focus areas or a specific shift for your site, achieving performance targets through effective scheduling and inventory management.
