Direct the comprehensive management of the center’s day-to-day functions. Provide professional Early Childhood expertise, leadership and ensure consistent deliverance of quality standards. Foster teachers in creating a positive and inviting learning environment. Ensure all staff uphold strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Prioritize the well-being of children by enforcing consistent safety and hygiene measures within the preschool Demonstrate flexibility in working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment Maintain open, constructive communication with parents and staff. Review and improve the centre’s policies, philosophy, and procedures.
