Position : Sales & Operations Manager (Education Centres) Location : Paya Lebar (Walkable from MRT) Working hours : 5 Days Work Week 9am - 6pm (Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with fixed rest days on weekdays.) Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 + Performance Bonus + 7 - 14 Days Leave Duration : Permanent Industry : Education Main Responsibilities: Manage sales, revenue, and cash collection KPIs across all centres. Lead Centre Manager meetings to align on targets and strategy. Train Centre Managers on sales conversion, objection handling, and consultative selling. Ensure consistent and high-quality centre messaging. Improve lead-to-trial and trial-to-enrolment conversion rates. Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Plan and evaluate promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers. Manage holiday camp sales, including pricing, marketing coordination, and enrolment targets. Drive competition sales with teaching and marketing teams. Lead price increase rollouts with clear communication and preparation. Support lead generation through exhibitions, campaigns, and partner events. Manage Centre Manager hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation. Coach Centre Managers on operations, sales, customer communication, and growth. Set clear expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. Build a culture of accountability, learning, and customer focus. Identify skills gaps and create training plans. Audit centre operations, parent communication, lead quality, enrolment workflows, and class coordination. Work with teaching teams to track student progress and support retention. Support customer success programmes, competitions, and community events. Handle escalated parent concerns and centre-level operational issues. Prepare monthly sales and enrolment reports for the founding team. Analyse funnel data and address conversion bottlenecks. Share centre and parent insights to support business strategy. Benchmar
